Im caroline ive suffered from fnd for 20 years, this year 2026 my fnd blew up and exploded with all of the symptoms. My main symptoms before that were nes. After this years turmoil I decided to help were I could and thats through coffee mornings. I hope to see you all there. X

If symptoms are new, sudden, severe, or unlike your usual FND, use 999 or NHS 111. This group is peer support, not a clinic.
